At HABITATT, we respect your privacy and provide every user with the ability to permanently delete their account directly within the application.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your HABITATT account at any time by navigating to:

Before your account is deleted, HABITATT will ask you to confirm your decision. This confirmation helps prevent accidental account deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once you confirm account deletion, HABITATT permanently removes your account and associated personal information from our production systems.

The following information will be permanently deleted:

• Your profile information
• Your personal details
• Your contact information
• Your health profile
• AI-generated health reports
• Nutrition records and meal history
• AI conversations and chat history
• Goals, habits, and wellness history
• Uploaded images and media files
• Notification preferences
• Authentication credentials

Images uploaded through HABITATT and stored on Cloudinary are permanently removed as part of the account deletion process.

Permanent Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

• Your account cannot be recovered.
• Your deleted data cannot be restored.
• If you wish to use HABITATT again, you must create a new account.

Backup and Legal Retention

After your account is deleted, your personal information is removed from our production systems.

Certain encrypted backup copies may temporarily remain within our disaster recovery systems for a limited period until they are automatically overwritten according to our backup retention schedule.

• Backup data is not accessible through the application.
• Backup copies cannot be used to restore your deleted account.
• Backup copies are automatically removed according to our internal retention policies.

We may retain limited information only where required to comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security requirements.

Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are processed immediately after you confirm deletion within the application.

Complete removal from encrypted backup systems may take additional time in accordance with our disaster recovery and backup retention procedures.
